Our Valuers act regularly for a wide range of clients which include attorneys, executors, insolvency and business rescue practitioners, property companies, major corporations, government departments and financial institutions.


We function as independent Valuers for clients seeking stand-alone valuation services for a multitude of reasons which include dispute resolution, insolvency/liquidation, deceased estates, financial reporting, credit management, financing, insurance, business restructure, divorce and asset recovery.

Our office is in Gauteng but we facilitate single valuation requests or valuation projects across the country through our network of valuers that have been handpicked for every need.

Our valuation team understands both the intricacies of the valuation process and the rapidly changing real estate market in South Africa. Our valuations comply with International Valuation Standards.

All our valuers are registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession and have Professional Indemnity Cover.
